Shipping Policy

At Norma Design, we want your shopping experience to be safe, smooth, and transparent. Below you’ll find all the information about order processing, delivery, warranty, returns, and claims.

Processing Time:
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. Normally, it takes 2–3 business days before your package is shipped, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time:
Once your package has been shipped, it usually takes 5–10 business days to reach you, depending on the carrier and delivery address. Please note that factors beyond our control – such as weather, transport delays, or customs clearance – may affect delivery times.

Shipping Options & Costs:
We offer free and trackable shipping on all orders. If you have special delivery requests, you can contact us to explore the possibility of express shipping for an additional fee.

Change of Address:
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing or is being prepared for shipment.

Order Cancellation:
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. You have a window of 2–3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Please contact our customer service team at contact@norma-design.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you. Once your order has entered processing, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund/credit for such situations.

Delivered Packages

Without Shipping Protection: Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We would not be liable to issue any type of refund or credit for such cases as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.

With Shipping Protection: We cover the value of the orders that were investigated and found to be stolen or lost in transit. If the package is marked delivered and confirmed delivered by the carrier, customers are not eligible for a refund or credit for the value of said shipment.
